In the course of the current quarterly report, Electronic Arts also briefly commented on 'Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order', which is one of the most successful games of the current financial year for the publisher.

So the title of Respawn was so well received by the players that it has already exceeded expectations. By the end of March 2020, these had been 6 to 8 million units delivered and are therefore already higher. Based on this development, the total number for the current financial year has been revised upwards and now it is expected that by the end of March 10 million games will be sold.

In addition, you can decorate yourself with the fastest digitally sold game, over 2 million copies straight to the launch, and even higher goals. The move away from the Frostbite engine as a constraint and more creative freedom for the developer are bearing fruit.

Meanwhile, a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is already in the works, for which Respawn has immediately received the green light after this success. Officially, however, nothing of that is yet.
