Sony is considering the PS4 remote play feature on the switch, according to the survey

Sony seems to be well aware of the success and demand for the PS4 Remote Feature, which has only recently been expanded to other devices such as iOS. On this point, one obviously thinks ahead and possibly considers support on the Nintendo Switch console.

Since you will no longer bring your own handheld to the market, it would make sense to simply use the hardware of others. The Switch, which is now even more successful than Xbox One, could be a suitable target.

Survey creates speculation

At least that is the result of a current survey (via Reddit) that Sony has sent to selected users. Among other things, it will ask for new platforms, including: “Playing Remote Play on a Switch, AppleTV, AndroidTV”

Sony and Nintendo are not the best of friends, but they complement each other wonderfully from a hardware perspective. In addition, both publishers could benefit from this and presumably further boost their hardware sales.

It remains to be seen whether the Sony survey represents actual intentions or just a few thoughts of the Japanese.
