DOTA Underlords officially arrives on February 25

The Valve car battler based on its popular MOBA will then leave Early Access, also announcing its arrival on mobile devices.

Valve has finally officially announced when it will be the day the DOTA Underlords battler finally leaves its Early Access state, and it will be on February 25. Available in early access since June 2019 -when we play it and write some first impressions-, Valve has also had time to port it to mobile devices, add changes and balances and gather a certain community of players around the game, having reached a peak of 12,000 concurrent players.

Official launch and first season

They are not negligible figures, although of course far from the two great multiplayer games of Valve, Left 4 Dead 2 and above all, Counter Strike: Global Offensive. On February 25, it will also mark the beginning of the first season of the game, and a major update that according to Gabe Newell's company, will be "the biggest launched so far".

DOTA Underlords officially arrives on February 25

"With the first season, DOTA Underlords will introduce new content with City Crawl, new rewards and a new Battlepass, as well as a new goal and rotation of heroes and objects," they said from the official website of Valve.

The Battle Pass model seems to be the one already established in many multiplayer genres such as the shooter -Call of Duty: Modern Warfare- or the battle royale -Fortnite-, having left the season passes behind. Already during its Early Access phase and just one month after launching the game, Valve made available to all players the first DOTA Underlords Battle Pass, also asking the community about what they would like the pass to contain.

For now, we await the final launch of DOTA Underlords, next February 25 on PC, still to be specified if it will be at the same time on Android and iOS devices.
