The fact that Sony is still holding back new information about the PS5 or the Reveal Event could slowly become a problem. Because as long as no new facts about the PS5 are mentioned, the rumors will continue to roll over, which could then get out of control for Sony.
Now it is believed that another potential unveiling date can be made after Sony confirmed its official participation in the PAX East Event towards the end of the month. If you don't hear or see anything about the PS5 on this one, some believe that Sony will have missed the momentum for the unveiling.
It is therefore speculated whether Sony will come around the corner with official information about the PS5 before the PAX East Event or only afterwards. The Pax Event is an important event for Sony, as you could see last year. Among other things, Days Gone was presented there with a huge visitor stand. This year, The Last of Us: Part II could take this place if the PS5 is left out.
Other mind games are now also tending to a reveal event in March and the start of pre-orders, which should be made promptly. There have also been various speculations on this.
So far, there is no official Sony program for the PAX East Event, which is why we have to wait and see. The Pax East Event will take place from February 27th to March 1st, 2020.
