The entire Half Life saga, temporarily free on Steam

Valve offers a free trial of both main installments of one of its most beloved sagas, as well as multiple spinoffs of the franchise.

The coronavirus crisis has forced us to stay home for a good season, and Valve wants to help make this more bearable thanks to some free games and tests on Steam. The company that commands Gabe Newell, also on the occasion of the imminent launch of Half Life Alyx, is now offering the Half Life saga in its entirety, completely free, trial until the next 31 of this month.

Of course, it is, we insist, free tests, we can not get them at no cost, but we can enjoy them until then. More free games not to leave home

As we have seen, there are many companies that have joined the initiative to give away part of their catalog to keep us entertained during these days that can become eternal. Valve itself made two adventures of Lara Croft available to everyone a few days ago: the great reboot of 2013, Tomb Raider, and Lara Croft & the Temple of Osiris, perfect if we want to play in company. Also CD Projekt, through its GOG store, offers up to 27 games completely free, to download and keep them permanently.

And if it is not enough for us, we can always draw on the large catalog of free to play games on all platforms: Warframe, Fortnite, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Destiny 2, Legends of Runeterra … The offer is wide and we are sure to find something that adapts to our tastes.
