Fallout 76: Wastelanders postponed due to corona virus

Playfront

Due to the corona virus, Bethesda will postpone the Wastelanders update for 'Fallout 76', but only for a very short time.

At Bethesda, the internal processes are currently being switched to home offices, which means that the Wastelanders Update will now be published on April 14, just one week later than planned.

In a statement from the publisher, they write:

“Like many others around the world, we are currently facing a difficult situation. To ensure everyone's safety, we have restricted personal interactions and our employees work from home. Of course that changed our way of working. Nevertheless, support continues to work, so all live games are still fully playable. However, circumstances meant that we were unable to perform the final tests for Wastelanders to the extent that we planned to do so to ensure release on April 7th.

For this reason, we will release Wastelanders a week later, on April 14th. We can't wait until everyone can play it! Special thanks to all players on the private test servers for their help, we know that this is a difficult time and we cannot thank you enough for all the support you have given us and each other, we are overwhelmed by one to have such an incredible community. "

More information about Wastelanders will follow in the next few days.
