The Poles, together with an NGO dedicated to raising funds for medical supplies, have donated that amount to prevent the spread of the virus.

One of the most charismatic and valuable studios of today, CD Projekt, creators of the acclaimed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077, have donated the amount of 4 million Polish zlotys, the equivalent of just over 879,000 euros, to combat the spread of the coronavirus in his native country, together with a Polish NGO. One of the company's founders, Marcin Iwinski, shared this information in a recent post on Linkedin.

The donation has been made in collaboration with a non-profit organization known as Fundacia Wielka Orkiestra Swiatecznej Pomocy, dedicated for 20 years to raising funds for medical supplies, something that as we know, is more than necessary in these days when the Coronavirus is wreaking havoc on the health and economy of dozens of countries. Of the amount mentioned above, the studio and this foundation have donated exactly half each.

In fact, everything points to the fact that, as is the custom in the Polish studio, they will have a good crunch season to get there on time, if the coronavirus pandemic allows it.
