Patch 12.30 arrives in Fortnite. We tell you what are the changes and news of this update of Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2.

Patch 12.30, corresponding to Season 2 of the Fortnite Battle Pass Chapter 2, was applied to the game on Tuesday, March 31. We tell you what have been the most important changes and news that this new content update has brought to Fortnite Battle Royale below:

Changes and what's new in patch 12.30 in Fortnite Battle Royale

Again, Epic Games has not released patch notes as such on its website. Instead, we have checked in the official Trello what changes and news regarding Fortnite's Battle Royale mode have been applied with patch 12.30:

Changes and general arrangements

  • Tournament scores were not displaying correctly in-game and in the waiting room. It has been fixed.

Fortnite Battle Royale specific changes and fixes

  • Changed the way to trigger extortion on other players and minions because it was triggered on a voluntary basis by being near a downed character when we wanted to equip the pickaxe.
  • Fixed a bug where the game would catch us on the "Select Technology" screen in Spy Games.
  • Fixed a bug where some custom Box Office styles were not saved.
  • The harpoon weapon did not consistently catch objects; this has been corrected.
  • The auto pickup feature was not working as it should. It has been fixed.
  • Deadpool's plunger was not looking properly if Fortnite's aspect ratio was 4: 3.
