The Xbox One X version of Resident Evil 3 Remake receives an update that improves performance at the cost of losing resolution. 60 fps solid.

Capcom tackles the performance issues of Resident Evil 3 Remake on Xbox One X. In a new patch below 300mb, Microsoft's latest console manages to move the game to 60 frames per second in the entire experience. Of course, at the cost of losing resolution.

Launch was accused by his community of performing irregularly. Its initial resolution, 3840×2160, left it as the only console version that reached 4K. However, after this patch it has been reduced to 2880×1620. You can see the comparison of the VG Tech YouTube channel below.

As you can see, version 1.0.0.4 fell to 35 fps in video scenes, while during the action it was usual to be in the frame of 35 and 45 fps. After the patch, and as we said, the objective of 60 images per second remains solid, except for specific moments of scripted scenes.
