Razer and Pokémon present Pikachu-based wireless headphones

The Pokémon Company and the peripheral company reach a commercial agreement to launch these wireless headphones with a Poké Ball.

The Pokémon Company and the peripheral company Razer have signed an agreement to launch a wireless headset based on Pokémon on the market, and more specifically, in tribute to the figure of Pikachu. The company, with double headquarters in Singapore and San Francisco, California, will put the product on sale this April 16 in China at a price equivalent to $ 120.

With a design that replicates alternatives such as Apple's AirPods, these wireless headphones feature a Poké Ball-shaped charging base, a replica of the signature creature capture and storage item from the celebrated video game saga. The Pokémon Pikachu True Wireless, according to official information, will have a range of three hours outside the charging box for active listening to music, phone calls and more; always connected via Bluetooth to devices such as smartphones. The charging base, meanwhile, will supply a total of fifteen hours of autonomy; so five full charges are expected for each time that Poké Ball is loaded.

Pokémon Pikachu True Wireless will not have noise cancellation nor will it come with headband for the headphones themselves, but the design bets – just like the Apple alternative – with a chassis adapted to fit in the ear without the need for holding accessories . In the absence of knowing if The Pokémon Company plans to launch the peripheral in the West, the reserves of the headphones are already available in Chinese chains like TMALL. It should be said that this is not the first collaboration of Razer with The Pokémon Company; in the past they have already released a keyboard and mouse for PC, although, again, only in China.

The future of Pokémon now passes through the Pokémon Sword and Shield expansion passes. The new canonical installments of the saga on Nintendo Switch will have an expansion via DLC divided into two major parts. From FreeGameTips, we have compiled in this article all the information of the Expansion Pass, specifically from the Isle of Armor, which is what can be acquired from June. The second, called The Snows of the Crown, will arrive in the fall, with other additional novelties, new Pokémon and indigenous creatures from Galar.
