Red Dead Online: Collector bonuses and more this week

Rockstar Games also announces new discounts and apparel, available for a limited time from Wheeler, Rawson & Co.

The online aspect of Red Dead Redemption 2 returns punctually to the appointment with new content for players. In a press release, Rockstar Games has announced RPG bonuses for Bounty Hunters and Collectors, as well as discounts on weapons and maps, among other items. Red Dead Online users will also have access to more pieces of clothing, which will be sold at Wheeler, Rawson & Co. for a limited time.

Bounty Hunters will get a chance to grab an additional 50% EXP on all Bounty Hunter and Legendary Fugitive missions, but they can also grab loot if they play in this profession's Free Mode. In the case of Collectors, double EXP bonuses will be distributed to all those who find any collectible in the area.

The West may be Wild, but cowboys care about fashion and Wheeler, Rawson & Co has a new batch of apparel available for a limited time (until May 11).

  • Owanjila hat
  • Benbow jacket
  • Eberhart coat
  • Pants with appliqués
  • Darned stockings
  • Bowyer boots
  • Salter shoes

When it comes to discounts, significant discounts are offered on many of the items you can purchase in-game:

  • 40% discount on RPG weapon variants
  • 40% discount on hunting cars and bounty hunters
  • 30% discount on revolvers
  • 40% discount on RPG camp designs
  • 70% discount on skirts
  • 70% on all boots
  • 80% discount on accessories (gloves, neckwear, spurs, leggings, braces, masks and chaps)
  • 80% discount on collector maps

Red Dead Online is accessible through Red Dead Redemption 2, a title that went on sale on PS4 and Xbox One in 2018, but has also been released on PC and Stadia in late 2019. The Rockstar Games play will pass to be part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog from May 7.
