Square Enix reignited the Dragon Quest Builders 2 'drum and released an XXL demo on PlayStation Store.
In the XXL demo the adventure can be played this time to Furrowfield Iceland, so much further than in the original demo at that time. The publisher writes:
"Create a character and meet the children of Hargon. Explore the island of Awakening and sail to Grünfeld and help the villagers rebuild the village! Do not hold back while exploring, young builder, because your memory can later be transferred to the full version of Dragon Quest Builders 2. "
In "Dragon Quest Builders 2", you slip into the role of a builder, able to invent and build new items. Sounds simple. As a builder, however, you do not have an easy life, because a lot has happened since the events of the first part. In the world, a religion that revolves around destruction has gained a foothold – buildings are torn down, fertile soil is rendered barren, and even cooking is seen as sacrilege. Why religion is so strong against creativity, even their followers do not know exactly, but it is rumored that it has to do with a builder whose creations brought disaster and destruction.
