Xbox Series X: Microsoft confirms more than 140 studies working on the console

Microsoft dispels any hint of doubt about possible lack of support on its platform, which will feature almost all major publishers.

The entire industry is interested in Xbox Series X. Microsoft confirmed, within the framework of Inside Xbox this May, that its new generation console will have the support of dozens of studies from third-party companies; a list of partners that includes more than 140 development teams already working on the platform.

Those of Phil Spencer revealed, apart from a total of 9 completely new video games of the 13 that were shown, that all the Xbox Series X games that we saw will have improvements in Xbox Series X; from Smart Delivery at 4K resolution through ultra-fast times, DirectStorage or DirectX ray tracing. You can check here the complete list of games that will have one or all of the features.

One of the most striking images of the Inside Xbox was precisely that of the publishers. For now, Microsoft has revealed support for more than 140 names, including Activision; SEGA; Square Enix; Capcom; Blizzard; Crystal Dynamics; Amazon Game Studios; Bohemia Interactive; 2K Games; 505 Games; WB Games; Rebellion; Gearbox Software; THQ Nordic; Bethesda; Bungie; Epic Games; Electronic Arts; CD Projekt RED; Dontnod Entertainment; Return Digital; Deep Silver and more.
