About Nintendo Switch Lite

Nintendo defines the console as "a device specifically designed to play Nintendo Switch titles in portable mode" that is "compact and lightweight"; It will be on sale in yellow, gray and turquoise colors.

It will be a more compact, lightweight and economical model; of about 219 euros instead of 329 euros of the current model. It will not be possible to connect to the TV and will dispense with the possibility of decoupling the Joy-Con, it will have a battery of between 3 and 7 hours (more than the original 2017 model).

It will have smaller dimensions and a 5.5-inch screen instead of 6.2 inches. This shorter diagonal length will cause us to have a lower power consumption LCD panel and, while maintaining the same resolution (1280x720p) will have more sharpness. It will go from 237 PPI to 267 PPI. With regard to the battery, the improvement over the original 2017 model will be approximately 30%.

In this article we put the three models face to face: the original of 2017, the review of 2019 and Nintendo Switch Lite.
