The Pokémon GO Return Challenge continues. Following investigations from the Kanto region, Johto and Hoenn, it is time to welcome Generation IV with the 2020 Return Challenge: Temporary Investigation of Sinnoh that kicks off this Friday. As in previous occasions, below we will review all the temporary investigations with the specific dates, missions and rewards in order to unlock the expected Return Challenge Championship, which we will achieve by completing these investigations and finally accessing Pokémon such as Genesect, Meowth from Galar and Stunfisk de Galar, among other rewards. Dates of the Sinnoh Return Challenge in Pokémon GO
We start with the dates that we must write down in the calendar. Today, Friday, May 22, from 1:00 p.m. to Friday, May 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. local time, all Pokémon GO Trainers have free access to the 2020 Return Challenge: Temporary Investigation of Sinnoh , the region we toured in the original Pokémon Pearl, Diamond and Platinum editions of the Nintendo DS. Sinnoh's Return Challenge Rewards
On this occasion, the main rewards of the investigation are 10 Rare Candies and an encounter with Cresselia; but not a normal one, but a Cresselia who knows the exclusive Lasso Grass attack, which does not learn under normal conditions.
Those who complete the Big Four Investigations (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh) will gain access to the 2020 Return Challenge Championship special investigation. In it, we must collaborate with Professor Willor to discover the first official Pokemon from the Galar region in Pokémon GO. The first confirmed species to make their debut in the hit Niantic title are Meowth from Galar, Stunfisk from Galar, Zigzagoon from Galar, and Darumaka from Galar, but we will soon learn more.
The 2020 Return Challenge Championship will begin on Wednesday, June 3 at 1:00 p.m. and will end the following Monday, June 8, at 1:00 p.m. (local time) with new Pokémon capable of hatching in the 7 km Eggs from the Galar region. Also, Tesselia's Pokémon (Generation V) will appear more frequently than usual.
This week, a new alternative has been confirmed for those who have not completed all the challenges and, therefore, stay out of the 2020 Return Challenge Championship. This option will be paid, the details of which you can find out here.
