This aspect of the popular streamer Tyler Blevins will only be available in-game on a very limited basis, so it is the last chance to get it. Jessica Blevins, Ninja's wife and manager, announced on Twitter that "they were able to convince Epic Games to release the Ninja skin in-game once again." According to her, in addition, this character will only be available in the paVos store of Fortnite Battle Royale until Sunday May 24, 2020, so it is indeed the last chance to get it.

All items in the Fortnite turkey shop usually return to it sooner or later once they leave, though apparently Idol sets like the one in question don't follow the same rules. These cosmetic elements seem to have a greater degree of exclusivity, and this way of limiting your access to them seems to have to do with the fact of wanting to make them even more special.
