Monster Hunter World: Iceborne – Comprehensive Balance Update 11.50 will be released tomorrow

Capcom will release an extensive balance update for 'Monster Hunter World: Iceborne' tomorrow, which will be presented in detail.

In addition to the general game balance and bug fixes, there are also several points that have been deemed particularly important and have now been implemented, including:

  • Brachial Helmet β + has been changed from 2 to 1 for the Free Meal ability.
  • The decorations are now arranged according to skills. This change affects the following places:
    • Object chest> selling objects> decorations tab
    • Object Chest> Apply Decorations> Current Equipment / Equipment Chest
  • Fixed a bug where inventory items would not be returned if a used set contained empty seats.
    (Inventory items that exceed the number of empty seats will be removed.)
  • On some pages in Monster Encyclopedia, rare materials are now listed by priority.
    (The materials and their probability have not changed.)

  • Fixed a bug that did not show the info for the Volcanic Biome of the Leitlands when the World Map was opened inside the base.
  • Fixed a bug that turned on Affinity Slayer ability in the hot spring of Seliana's rendezvous.

  • Fixed an issue where the player could not enter his room in Seliana.

  • Fixed a bug that left the Witch Yian-Garuga in the control lands without pheromones.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a monster to move to Ascended status and stop moving when a quest announcer paralyzed or stunned the monster, then aborted the quest, and other players made Climbing damage and the Quest Info screen open the moment the monster has left its unfortunate state.
  • Fixed a bug that caused problems with the Barioth's landing point when it jumped off a wall.
  • Fixed a bug that did not complete the quest if the Dragon Lash hit a Velkhana while it was in the air.
  • Fixed a bug where a Velkhana did not turn his gaze / body to the player character.
  • Fixed an issue where Fulgur beetles could be obtained from an Zinogre in Arena quests.
  • The fall rate of the Wild Demon Jho has been adjusted in quests where there is a chance he will show up.
  • Fixed an issue where player characters in camps were hit by the Lunastra Hellfire attack.
  • Fixed a bug where Azurne Rathalos got stuck along the edges of the Ancient Forest.
  • Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, the head of a Kushala Daora could not be broken.

  • Fixed a bug where the Wyvern Heart hit zone of the Claw Claw disappeared when the player fell into the ground while he was hooked to a monster. The monster now has a hit zone.
  • Fixed Hook Point Priority has been adjusted to make it easier to hook into places that hit the Claw Claw.
  • Fixed a bug where players slipped on the freeze of a Velkhana only on the host side. This happens now also on the guest side.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the Hunting Horn from playing melodies that were directly recorded by echo attacks.
  • Fixed a bug where Hammer users fired a monster immediately after grabbing a monster, regardless of whether or not the player was able to control the player's character.
  • Fixed a bug that caused irregular behavior when using the Heavy Rifle Special Riflescope while the Inner Eye / Ballistics ability was in place.
  • Resolved a bug that left decorations untouched when a gear set with a decorated coat was overridden by an outfit without a coat.
  • Fixed an issue where decorations would be removed from a coat when a registered equipment set was loaded, even though the coat had decorated decorations.
  • Fixed a bug where the player would have performed an animation other than the one typical for the object when collected at conveyor locations.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented active hunting groups from switching to a hunting group in which a player deleted their account.
  • The completion time limit for the event quest "Frosty Farewell" has been adjusted.
  • Fixed a bug that removed quest members from quests that took place in Elder Homeland.
  • Fixed an issue where, while a casted-out monster fought, the focus camera or target camera suddenly changed targets in the lead landing when another monster that was originally there appeared.
  • Further adjustments and minor bug fixes have been made.

  • Adjustments have been made for the following event quests without informing the players.
    • 1. A second troublemaker
      Reward was from Ver. 11.1. (PS4) / Ver. 11.0.0.1 (Xbox One) downgraded.
    • 2. Challenge 2: MR advanced
      The Monster difficulty has been reduced and the completion time adjusted. The Set 5 (Heavy Bow Rifle) contained two "Destroyer Jewel 2" and has been updated.
  • The quests are as expected, so there are no problems, but we apologize for not informing players about these updates.
