Only a limited number of units will be produced, so those interested must purchase it quickly if they want to secure a copy.
That Cyberpunk 2077 was going to have a special edition of Xbox One X was confirmed, but there was still an important detail to be announced. And is that according to the Microsoft website, this thematic pack includes the first expansion of the video game. As CD Projekt RED reported, Cyberpunk 2077’s content plan will be similar to that of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, so two major expansions are contemplated.
Of course, when the game hits stores we will still have to wait for the new stories to be added to the CD Projekt RED title later. The season pass has yet to be announced, although buyers of this Xbox One X edition likely have a redeemable code that will allow them access to new content.
What is in the box?
Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition includes a custom 1TB console, which comes with a controller decorated with the game’s prints and a digital copy of the title. Plus, it introduces a 1-month trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Redmond’s subscription service. The console is now available in GAME, but is currently listed as out of stock. Not surprisingly, only 45,000 units of the product have been produced.
Cyberpunk 2077 will go on sale on September 17 on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. The title will make use of the Smart Delivery functionality. This means that if you buy it on the current Microsoft console, you can enjoy the improvements on Xbox Series X, its new machine, without the need to buy the video game again.
