Final Fantasy XIV: Patch 5.11 lets players restore Ishgard together

Square Enix has released the next 5.11 patch for 'Final Fantasy XIV', allowing players to restore Ishgard together, as well as brand new challenges.

The latest Shadowbringer update calls for Warriors of Light to work together to revive the city-state of Ishgard in its former glory. Rebuilding Ishgard is a new kind of gaming experience that compels all players in every world to unite to rebuild and revitalize Saint Ishgard in a variety of ways.

Details about the new contents of patch 5.11 at a glance:

  • Fatal Heavy Raid "Alexander" – The latest fatal heavy raid, inspired by the tragic story of a mechanical god who has given his trust to a single mortal soul, will become even the most seasoned player in battle against the many enemies of the Alexander Raid series Bring boundaries.
  • New Content for Craftsmen and Collectors, "Reconstructing Ishgard" – Players from around the world will work together to revive the City of Heaven in its former glory. By crafting and collecting items or performing various tasks, players can help in their own way and earn various rewards for their contribution to the Reconstruction Project.
  • New mounts, pets, emotes, furniture, hairstyles and more.

  • New map for the PvP front: "Onsal Hakair (Danshig Naadam)" (Patch 5.15) – The state companies are teaming with the tribes of the Azim steppe to prove their fighting power in Danshig Naadam.
  • Blue Lagoon Updates (Patch 5.15) – Increases the capped limit for the limited job to 60, and further job assignments will be made available along with new battles in the Grand Masquerade and an expanded journal.
