Call of Duty: Modern Warfare releases new maps, unpublished gameplay and more; trailer

Season 1 of the battle pass started on December 3 and will be adding new content over the following weeks.

In the middle of Season 1 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the production of Infinity Ward is expanded with several of the maps provided on its road map. These are two locations for multiplayer maps, both from Call of Duty 4, one of the classics of the American developer. Vacant is an abandoned office, so we will fight indoors, while Shipment is an area full of boxes.

The American company has also revealed the incorporation of Cranked, a game mode that premiered in Cal of Duty: Ghosts and debuts in Modern Warfare. This is a version of Team Deathmatch mode, so players will have 30 seconds to kill another enemy. Otherwise, the price is death. On the other hand, Special Operations mode will receive Operation Strongbox, as well as two missions, Disinform and Bomb Squad.

Double Experience Weekend

The game will be updated throughout today, but throughout the weekend it will be possible to get double experience, as Activision has announced. The title developed by Infinity Ward completely dispenses with the business model that they had put into practice in the deliveries of the past, that is, the season passes. Now, they have preferred to opt for battle passes, in order not to divide the community.

It is not officially confirmed, although a video that points to the existence of a battle royale map has been leaked. Although the previous installment, Call of Duty: Black Ops IV, did implement such a modality, Infinity Ward focused on the campaign and other aspects for the launch, which took place last October.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is now available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
