The Dark Harvester arrived, seized the final Zero Point shard, and forced Foundation players to converge on Dark Dominion, where a standoff with the Ice King turned chaotic when the Foundation’s unknown device malfunctioned.
Foundation combatants redirected the Harvester’s tractor beam, causing the shard to fall and prompting a melee that saw the Ice King’s Infinity Blade fuse with the shard’s energy, ripping the island apart to expose underlying lava.
Energy‑charged butterflies emerged, allowing participants to claim the Reforged Infinity Blade and split the Dark Harvester, while the colliding energies assembled the shard pieces and revealed the forthcoming Season 3 map.
Geno’s identity unveiled
After the island’s reality shifted, a cinematic featured Jones and the Visitor confronting the Dark Voyager; the Visitor turned on Jones, delivering a fatal shot.
Voice actor Ben Starr confirmed on X that the Visitor—dubbed “Reality Unknown”—was in fact Geno, who declared his ability to wield The Seven and left a wounded Jones to tumble from a cliff.
Consequences and forward look
With the Ice King emerging victorious in the Rivalries mode, the battle concluded with the Ice King transforming into his Battle Pass skin before the Dark Voyager proclaimed Geno his master, ending the broadcast in darkness.
