Godfall: a new generation title trailer for PS5 and PC is leaked

After an extract of 6 seconds was filtered, a user reveals the complete teaser in the Reddit forums.

Less than a day has passed since the brief clip of Godfall, of only 6 seconds, was leaked, in which the action of his battle system could be appreciated. However, this PlayStation 5 launch title, which will also be released on PC, has seen just a few hours later, its entire trailer leaked. It has been, again, in the Reddit forums, as can be seen below these lines.

As discussed in the Reddit thread, it is an internal teaser dated at the beginning of 2019, so the final product may differ markedly with respect to what is shown in the video. In any case, it is suggested that the combat will be crucial in Godfall, something that is not surprising, given that it is a game of the looter shooter genre.

A game for up to four players

Announced during The Game Awards 2019, the new Counterplay Games will be published by Gearbox. However, to date, not too many details about the title have been revealed, beyond the initial teaser that we could see in the awards gala organized by Geoff Keighley. It will be a third person title set in a world full of ruins and enemies, so we will have to break through and destroy the monsters, all while collecting loot pieces.

Godfall has been designed with the idea that you can complete it both alone and with one or two partners. Together or alone, the adventure will take us to mysterious and very dangerous places, created with the new generation in mind. This production is, in fact, one of the first confirmed launch games for PlayStation 5.

The console will go on sale at the end of 2020, so if the PC version (via Epic Games Store) comes out at the same time as the PS5 version, we will have to wait until the last months of the year.
