A mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake allows you to play as Ciri, from The Witcher

The community creates a mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake that replaces Claire with Ciri's skin in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Hunt zombies with a shot.

The community after Resident Evil 2 Remake on PC does not cease its machinery of modifications. This time we are facing a replacement that will delight fans of The Witcher. Ciri leaves his sword for a moment to shoot the zombies right and left.

A user of Nexusmod, called Wiwilz, has created this mod in which it allows us to replace Claire's original skin with that of the witch. In his download page, he details that the character does not include facial animations or the possibility of wielding the sword, so we only talk about a purely aesthetic change. This creation brings us into view at the end of last year. The most famous goose in the video game took the role of Mr. X, hat included.

These kinds of changes are more likely than you can imagine. We have seen him recently with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, where CJ left behind his life in Los Santos to become a true Saiyan warrior. Nor can we forget that player who reduced the graphics of Red Dead Redemption 2 to the minimum possible.

Below you can see the mode in motion (thanks to Hack Ferrari on YouTube):

The difficulties of developing Resident Evil 2

PlayStation brought together the main leaders of the project to talk about the obstacles they had to overcome. Fitting the pieces behind the shadow of myth flew over them. After the passing of the years, it was time to check if the new design worked not only with the game they were building, but in the face of the fidelity of the saga's roots. "For me it was the first moment in which we had the visual and functionalities of the zombie gameplay functioning as a tandem," says its director, Kazunori Kadoi. Being able to shoot them and see how they lost members after suffering accurate shots was one of the moments that marked them internally. Recognize that he felt "great", they were not bored no matter how much you repeated the process. "I felt that the game had something special."
