With the big Wastelanders expansion for 'Fallout 76', Bethesda will also introduce two new factions that are being introduced today. Accordingly, the settlers and the raiders are new.
What you can expect from these new factions, Bethesda gives you in detail below:
The settlers
- Paige was formerly a director of the construction company in Washington, D.C., now he leads the settlers. The settlers are a hard-working troupe, primarily made up of people who know how to build a city and keep it going. When customers went around saying that Appalachia offers a welcome refuge for souls plagued by the wasteland, they headed for Appalachia. Finally, they settled in Spruce Knob and started making some space and using the buildings there for their purposes – the city was taking shape again. The settlers christened it "Foundation". Although the settlers are born craftsmen, the challenges of Appalachia are foreign to them. It would certainly be in the interests of both sides if you shared your experiences and supported each other. Finally, one hand washes the other.
The raider
- Appalachia is not that strange to the raiders, because it was once their home. It comes as no surprise, then, that they weren't exactly thrilled when people returned to the country they once claimed to be. Leader Meg, of course, couldn't let them take away what was rightfully theirs. So they came back and set up a base called "Crater" on the crashed space station. Unannounced guests can expect anything but a warm welcome. So if you want an audience with Meg and her gang, you have to come up with something.
Foundation and Crater are completely redesigned places worth exploring. Here are new dealers, workshops and a bunch of people to chat with. How you encounter them depends on your reputation with the faction. Bethesda will reveal exactly what that means and how this new call system works in the coming week.
