Patch 12.50.2 arrives in Fortnite. As always, we tell you what are the most important changes and news in this update of Fortnite Chapter 2.
On Thursday May 7, 2020 patch 12.50.2 arrived in Fortnite. This Fortnite Battle Pass Chapter 2 Season 2 content update brought several changes and new features. In this news we collect them, and we also give you the patch notes:
Bug fixes and fixes for Fortnite patch 12.50.2
This new patch has not added any new cosmetic items (skins, hang gliders, backpacks, spikes …) to the game. Instead, it's a minor update, intended primarily for minor changes and fixes to the new Fiesta Magistral game mode. Although Epic Games has not released the patch notes as such, it has sent an email to users who have an in-game creator code (such as the popular iFireMonkey dataminer) advising them of the content of this update:

We are facing a much smaller patch of Fortnite Battle Royale. In the words of Epic Games itself, it is "a light patch" that includes "bug fixes for Magisterial Party", although it is true that they have not made public what those errors are in their official Trello. Again, according to iFireMonkey, in addition to what Epic has exposed, this update of Fortnite content would also have included fixes related to erroneous translations in several of the game's languages:
Only thing patch v12.50.2 brought was bug fixes for Party Royale and localization update for some of the other languages who had miss-spelled words due to poor translations from Epic.

We understand that the purpose of this patch is to fine-tune the Master Party for the concert of deadmau5, Dillon Francis and Steve Aoki that will take place on Friday, May 8 at 3AM CET; The one by Diplo and Major Lazer held last week within the game in this same way was a stress test to see how the Fortnite guy was holding up in an event of this nature.
