Through a new patch already announced, the Ubisoft Paris video game adds one of the most demanded features by the community.
It has been made to beg, but the patch is finally ready. During the Ubisoft Forward event, the French company has confirmed that the expected new Ghost Recon Breakpoint update already has a release date. The Ubisoft Paris title will incorporate one of the characteristics that the players were crying out for, the AI-driven teammates. Thus, from July 15, everyone will be able to enjoy this new way of playing. In addition, quality improvements and other improvements are also implemented.
Fury, Fixit and Vasily are the three characters that will accompany us from now on. The player has a wheel with up to four orders: you can ask them to regroup at your location, maintain their position, shoot or go to a specific location. Through the drones, you can also choose to shoot up to seven different targets. As if that were not enough, they are especially useful when getting into vehicles.
Being able to play solo alongside AI-controlled companions was an option present in Ghost Recon Wildlands since its launch. However, a few weeks before the new delivery was to be marketed, the Paris scholars acknowledged that they were not going to arrive on time. Despite this, they confirmed that they would work on it afterwards. In the end, the update has taken months, although the wait is finally over.
A renewed roadmap
Ghost Recon Breakpoint went on sale last October on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Later, it was also marketed on Google Stadia. The title was received with little positive criticism from the specialized press. Later, Ubisoft itself admitted that the game had not met the expectations they had set. Given this situation, the company led by Yves Guillemot made the decision to make structural changes in the editorial team to elucidate the changes they could make in the future.
Despite the problems, the French have continued to support the proposal. It is not something strange within the company, since there are already several video games that have managed to reverse a negative trend thanks to the improvements and continuous support they have enjoyed. They created Immersive Mode with the aim of adapting the game experience to each type of player. This was accomplished thanks to the playable options that can be selected.
