Crytivo and Soda Den announce this co-op RPG with life simulator elements and material gathering. It will come out in early 2021.
Publisher Crytivo and studio Soda Dan have announced Roots of Rocha, a cooperative RPG video game with an experience based on collecting elements and simulating life in true Stardew Valley style. The title, planned for early 2021, will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via PC. In addition, Crytivo has announced that they will hold an alpha to test the game's servers before its release.
Games of up to 4 players in the same town: activities, conviviality and more
According to the first details offered by the publisher, we will be in a prehistoric era, an environment that marries the idea of adventure gameplay: fishing, searching for food, creating tools … To this we must add the possibility of joining clans with those who live together, develop friendships and even romantic relationships; an element that is especially liked by fans of video games based on Harvest Moon.
Roots of Pacha
Once we have tools, we can grow and harvest food of all kinds, tame animals or improve our individual characteristics to accentuate the RPG touch of the work. Roots of Pacha will also allow our town to grow and grow further by constructing new buildings, gardens, crops and other details that will gradually confirm a fauna that will be transformed into something more and more complete.
And yes, we have said cooperative because Roots of Pacha is designed to be played with more people. The game will include the option to invite up to three friends to join our town. We will be able to live with them, share resources and talents or celebrate festivals, community dinners and even fishing competitions.
Roots of Pacha has no specific release date; just a rough window: early 2021 on the digital portals of confirmed platforms.
