AMC presents the final title of the new spin-off series of The Walking Dead universe with a new teaser trailer with unpublished scenes.
Taking advantage of the already typical mid-season break of The Walking Dead (which will return to the small screen on February 23, 2020 with the second half of the current season 10), AMC has confirmed the final title of the new spin-off of his post-apocalyptic zombie universe. Thus, the new series will be called The Walking Dead: World Beyond, a new story that aims to live with the current The Walking Dead and the other spin-off Fear The Walking Dead.
Premiere at AMC in spring 2020
In addition, those responsible have presented a new key character for the series, Elizabeth, played by actress Julia Ormond (Sabrina), a "charismatic leader of a great force, sophisticated and formidable." And as its creators point out, The Walking Dead: World Beyond takes place in Nebraska, 10 years after the original zombie outbreak, where a group of teenagers raised in such a terrifying post-apocalyptic world will embark on a journey to discover the world outside beyond the protective walls of your home.

In turn, his trip will keep some relationship related to the disappearance of Rick Grimes in the main series, a story that will be expanded in the film that AMC is preparing about his character. Along with the announcement of the final title of this new spin-off, a new 30-second teaser trailer with unpublished sequences has been published, as well as images of Julia Ormond as Elizabeth.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond is scheduled to premiere at AMC sometime in the spring of 2020, shortly after the end of the tenth season of The Walking Dead.
