Luigi's Mansion 3: Next Level Games promises that the DLC "will delight fans"

The developers of Luigi's Mansion 3 promise maximum fun in their downloadable content, which will arrive this year divided into two parts.

Luigi's Mansion 3 has been one of the great successes of Nintendo Switch in the past 2019, being even one of the best selling games of the year in our country, and will continue to expand throughout this 2020. It will do so in two downloadable content that will arrive in April and July at the price of 9'99 euros, and that will include only and exclusively multiplayer content. In fact, from Next Level Games they have ensured that at no time they planned to create DLC to expand the individual mode.

Perfect for multiplayer fans

Of course, from the study they promise that these two DLC will delight fans of the franchise, promising that they will be innovative. "Most people who buy a Luigi's Mansion game think of a story for a player," said Bryce Holliday, creative director. "In Next Level Games we like to make deliveries for several players, so these DLCs are full of experiences to share."

The content of each of these DLCs will be as follows: three new mini-games for ScreamPark mode, and three new costumes and floors for ScareScraper mode, being able to enjoy several hilarious outfits for Luigi. "When you play Scarescraper with a costume of this content, a floor related to such clothing will appear, in addition to ghosts based on that theme," said Yoshihito Ikebata, one of the producers of Luigi's Mansion 3.

Why did they never think of expanding the mode for a player? "In Luigi's Mansion 3 there is a solid introduction, a development, a twist and a conclusion," Kensuke Tanabe, also a producer, explains. "Then, adding an additional floor would have created an inconsistency with the environment and the chronological order, and would have made us have to think incompletely in the story, that the player should have already finished. He didn't want to do that."

"If you enjoyed the multiplayer part of Luigi's Mansion 3, you'll love these DLCs," concludes Holliday. As we said, both contents will arrive, specifically, on April 30 and July 31.
