Beyond will use the Mojang game to recruit candidates, report on the job and answer questions.
Put on the suit, comb your hair, prepare the papers and leave home with enough time to get to the job interview that may decide your future job in the coming years. So far, all normal, nothing that goes beyond the usual routine of finding a new job. The new times, however, require new methods, such as the one being carried out by Beyond, a Japanese company dedicated to information technology, which has decided that the selection process is carried out through Minecraft, the popular game of construction created by Mojang.
According to Yahoo News, the objective is to recruit new employees for the company, so on February 26, the company will hold a meeting in Minecraft where candidates who wish to opt for a position in the corporation will attend (virtually). During the interview, those interested will receive all the information about their role in Beyond and will be able to answer questions within the game. At least physically, the suit and tie may remain on the rack without the need to go through the dry cleaners. The rest depends on the candidates and their skills.

Building in Minecraft transcends the video game itself, because if there was not enough with the virtual job interviews, Microsoft itself has used the Mojang video game during the renovations of its headquarters in Redmond. All employees who wish to preview how the headquarters will look when the works are finished, have the opportunity to do so thanks to a reproduction made in Minecraft. Interactively, they will be able to tour the campus and delight in the new facilities.
Minecraft is a title owned by Microsoft, although the company decided to maintain its multiplatformity. Over the years, it has seen the light on many consoles, but is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile devices. In recent months, the cross game has been addressed on all platforms.
