FIFA 20 – CONMEBOL Libertadores represented for the first time in the game

Electronic Arts today announces the arrival of CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana in ‘EA SPORTS FIFA 20’. Players can use it from historical clubs across the continent, including River Plate, Boca Juniors, Flamengo, Racing Club, C.A. Choose Independiente, Millonarios and Universidad Católica, and run them at the ultimate price in South American club football.

The new leagues are available in the following game modes:

  • Tournament mode: In the independent tournament mode, players can lead their team from the group phase to the final of the CONMEBOL Libertadores. There is also a branded tournament hub with dynamic news and the latest tournament placements, matches and results to keep players up to date throughout the competition.
  • Kick-off mode: In kick-off mode, players enjoy the incomparable atmosphere of a CONMEBOL Libertadores final, experience the thrilling excitement of a semi-final and feel the energy of the group phase with new game types. Alternatively, players can play fantasy games against any FIFA 20 club.

  • Career mode: In career mode, players form a vision of their club and help their club in CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sudamericana or CONMEBOL Recopa to fame. They play with authentic CONMEBOL competition structures, branding, stadium decorations and extensive dynamic news that complement the new player morale and manager creation systems.
  • FIFA Ultimate Team: In FIFA Ultimate Team, players can put together dream squads and receive customized content and special items during the competition.

South America's glorious and largest club football tournaments will be released on March 3, 2020 as a free content update for EA SPORTS FIFA 20.
