Star Wars Battlefront 2 adds a rebel ewok in its new update

Age of Rebellion includes new maps and a new reinforcement for the Galactic Empire, which will fight against the Ewok and the other members of the rebellion.

When Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi was released, the ewoks were one of the discordant elements that have divided the community of followers since then. Despite this, they have become a clearly recognizable element of the universe created by George Lucas. Now that the Skywalker saga has concluded (at least in the cinema), Star Wars Battlefront 2 has set its sights on the past and added a new hero, nothing more and nothing less than an ewok. All this has been done in the framework of the Age of Rebellion update.

It is not the only incorporation, because this creature represents the Rebels. This little warrior uses a bow, whereby he can choose the targets before launching the deadly bolt. It has the ability to zoom through manual control to improve effectiveness and aiming. On the other hand, he is able to use his horn, burn enemies and detect the weaknesses of his rivals.

On the side of the Empire, a member of the ISB is added, the office that is responsible for security within the imperial hierarchy. The soldier is able to run very fast and reduce the amount of damage he receives, in addition to having the mechanisms to find his enemies thanks to the classified information, which he handles with ease. As if that weren't enough, he has healing skills to heal his allies.

The Age of Rebellion update also includes up to seven additional locations of the original trilogy for the cooperative, including the Jabba Palace, the Kessel Corridor or the Death Star II. The developers will also add new ships such as the Venator-class Star Destroyer or the MC85 Star Destroyer.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 faces its third year in the market with many planned contents. Meanwhile, Electronic Arts continues to work on new games in the saga. Although some titles were canceled, including a Star Wars Battlefront spin-off, the company has at least two video games in the series.
