Luigi's Mansion 3 releases new costumes and mini-games in its first paid DLC

The title developed by Next Level Games also publishes update 1.3.0, which adds new features.

Mario's brother dresses up Elvis Presley thanks to the new Downloadable Content Pack, the first paid DLC from Luigi's Mansion 3 for Nintendo Switch, which incorporates three new costumes, in addition to Luigi's unpublished mini-games against Luigi. This first part of the DLC, now available, can be purchased for 9.99 euros and also includes the second part, still to be published. The production of Next Level Games and Nintendo is also updated to its version 1.3.0, which means that extra functionalities are implemented.

The first of the suits is called Momiluigi and is precisely what is suggested, a mummified version of Luigi. Green Knight dresses the character as a warrior of the Middle Ages, although his distinctive color is still present. Last but not least, Luigi Disco is a kind of Elvis Presley. All these aspects can be used in The Tower of Challenges.

The multiplayer implements three new Luigi mini-games against Luigi. On the one hand, Prison Ball, which invites us to enjoy this well-known sport, although this time the ghost vacuum cleaner is used and not the hands, as in the real world. On the other hand, Río Exhausted challenges us to dodge the trunks while we collect all the coins we can. In Electric Hunting, however, we must defeat the ghosts and avoid electric shocks at all costs.

The news of update 1.3.0

The new patch allows ScreamPark to play alone, which makes it a kind of training mode without opponents. Next Level Games has also added a new mode with 20 floors, five types of new ghosts and albums, as well as a link to access How to Play the main menu.

Luigi's Mansion 3 is an exclusive Nintendo Switch title. The new installment of the Nintendo saga has been one of the nominees for the BAFTA Games, the awards granted by the British Academy of Motion Picture Arts. Games like Death Stranding, Control or Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice compete for maximum recognition.
