Director Matt Reeves shares up to three snapshots of Robert Pattinson's new Dark Knight vehicle, which we also see in the photos.
Finally, after several leaks and teasers of the new Batman movie directed by Matt Reeves with Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight, we can enjoy the first official images of the new Batmobile alongside Batman himself through three shooting photographs shared by the director of the film on his personal Twitter account.
Batmobile with muscle car flavor
Thus, and following the leaks of a few weeks ago that the Matt Reeves Batmobile would be a muscle car, it is confirmed that the new Dark Knight vehicle is based on the Batman of the Batman comics of the 60s from Adam West, with what looks like a Dodge Challenger of the time conveniently tuned by young Bruce Wayne.
So much so, that this futuristic retro-cut Batmobile maintains few parts of the original car, betting on aggressive reinforced panels and a completely open and modified rear that reveals an imposing engine next to some completely original drivers.
Next to the images of the Batmobile we can see Batman again, this time with some more details of the Bat-suit and, this time, the cape. Given the remoteness of the photos, it cannot be assured that it is Robert Pattinson, although everything indicates that it is the actor and not a specialist as in the recent leaked images of the Bat-motorcycle, with a slight video accident included .
We will see if soon Matt Reeves himself shares new photos of the Bat-suit in more detail, as well as other protagonists of the film, such as Catwoman, Enigma or Penguin villains. The Batman is scheduled to premiere in theaters on June 25, 2021, very close to the premiere of another superhero movie as expected as Spider-Man 3 from Marvel Studios with Sony Pictures.
