Resident Evil Saga, with an “undefined” offer for PS4 and Xbox One in physical format

Koch Media, distributor of Capcom games in Spain, announces the reduction through social networks.

A little less than a month before the launch of Resident Evil 3 Remake, surely there will be players who want to revisit the saga or even try it for the first time. If you do not know in what order to play it, we invite you to visit this article, but if the concern is money, Koch Media has announced that the titles of the saga are on offer indefinitely. Of course, in the tweet they specify that it is the editions in physical format. The distributor, however, has not indicated which stores have taken advantage of the offer.

FreeGameTips has contacted Koch Media, which has confirmed that the games will have a PVP of 14.95 euros, with the exception of Resident Evil 2 Remake, which will cost 19.95 euros. Even so, they report, it could vary depending on the stores. Below, we show you the games and the prices at which they can be found at the time this news is written.

  • Resident Evil 2 Remake for 19.99 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil Revelations HD from 19.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil Revelations 2 HD from 14.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil Origins Collection from 14.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil 4 from 14.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil 5 from 14.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)
  • Resident Evil 6 from 14.95 euros (Xbox One / PS4)

Countdown to the remake

After the launch of Resident Evil 2 Remake 2 2019, Capcom continues the process of fine-tuning its classic titles and prepares to commercialize the third installment, which reimagines the classic both from the graphic point of view and from the playable perspective. That means that the pre-lent funds and the tank control disappear, so common in the first three videogames of the saga.

In Resident Evil 3 Remake we put ourselves in the shoes of Jill Valentine, a woman who suffers the ravages of zombies in Raccoon City, the city in which Umbrella Corporation has been conducting its experiments with biological weapons. Set before (and after) the second installment, Jill must face the evil Nemesis, an enemy of weapons taking that, contrary to what was initially said, will not be able to break into safe rooms.

The game, available from April 3, can be purchased on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It should be noted that in this new version the Mercenary Mode disappears, but instead a completely unpublished multiplayer mode is offered. This is Resident Evil Resistance, an asymmetric game that confronts a master brain (run by a player) against four survivors, controlled by other users. The aim of these characters will be to survive the hordes of enemies and the traps that the brain leaves in its path.
