FIFA 20: you can now challenge the Squad Battle of Ibai Llanos

After the great reception of its charity tournament, FIFA 20 dedicates a team to challenge and get battle points.

The FIFA 20 game has decided to include a new challenge in Squad Battles dedicated to Ibai Llanos, after the great reception it had for its proposal to organize a charity tournament to raise funds to fight the coronavirus. With more than 140,000 euros raised, the tournament was a success in which Real Madrid ended up winning with Marco Asensio as representative. In the now available Squad Battle, players will have to deal with a fearsome FUT team if they want their rewards.

The eleven ideal chosen by the Spanish caster will allow to obtain all kinds of rewards. Among the names of the players there are authentic icons like Zidane or Ronaldo, as well as frontline players like Van Dijk, Marcelo or Neymar among others. In this mode, players must take on community squads to earn battle points, climb the leaderboard, and earn rewards while Ibai's team is controlled by the CPU.

FIFA and Ibai, a close relationship

Ibai Llanos' relationship with FIFA seems increasingly close, since the electronic sports commentator has already started to make his first steps in FIFA 20, where he was chosen to narrate the matches of Volta, the street football mode of the current installment.

The commentator managed to gather 20 players from the Spanish First Division for a charitable tournament. Although some fell at the last minute, such as Sergi Roberto presumably due to the agreement between Barça and Konami for PES, it was a complete success raising 142,000 euros which will end up being, Ibai explained, about 180,000 euros. The champion was Marco Asensio, who with his Madrid beat Leganés in the final.
