Fortnite patch 12.21 changes and what's new

Considering the patch's own name, we are facing a minor Fortnite Battle Royale content update. And in fact, new content added through this patch to Fortnite has been scarce: according to dataminer lucas7yoshi, no new cosmetic items (skins, hang gliders, spikes, backpacks …) have been added to the game:

There are still no official patch notes, and, curiously, this time you can't see any reference to patch 12.21 in the official Fortnite Trello, a planning tool whose visibility is public in which Epic Games publishes updates regarding the patches coming out of the game, and what fixes apply exactly.

Gold challenges leaked in Fortnite patch 12.21

The rest of the content that has been found in the files of this patch are the challenges of Gold, a new skin of which it is not yet known if it will be for sale in the store, or if it would be some secret skin of the Battle Pass of the Fortnite Season 2 Episode 2:

These would be the challenges translated into Spanish:

  • Complete all challenges to unlock the reward (Golden Peak)
  • Complete 2 of the challenges to unlock the reward (Gold wrapper)
  • Help your teammates get eliminations (0/10) – Reward: 100,000 Season XP
  • Play games with a friend (0/10) – Reward: 100,000 Season XP
  • Deal damage to enemies (0/1000) – Reward: 100,000 Season XP
  • Earn Medals (0/40) – Reward: 100,000 Season XP

That's it for patch 12.21.
