The video game will have a demo on Steam and is proclaimed spiritual successor to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.
Zerouno Games has announced the start of the Kickstarter campaign for HOLMGANG: Memories of the Forgotten, a new video game that is in the pre-alpha phase and stands as a spiritual successor to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Not surprisingly, this new hack and slash has former developers from Mercury Steam, EA, Rockstar Games, 343 Industries or Tequilla Works, among others. Through a press release, the publisher has assured that they are very “sure” of the work being carried out by the developers, so they will offer a demo that will be available on March 25 at 5:30 p.m. the Steam platform.
The publisher has set a goal of $ 45,000, which has been established to guarantee "a path that allows growth and strengthening of the structure as more players support and finance the adventure of the protagonists." It will be "an adult story" packed with missions that will advocate for customization and replayability.

The war has begun
The death of King Haziel of Draken provokes important political movements. His son Hazulen proclaims himself sovereign and summons the demons of the First Hierarchy to reinforce his mandate and declare that everything under heaven belongs to him. Thereafter, the war will spread with the aim of conquering Dracorum. In this process he will be helped by demons known as Shadows, who will have to fight against the rebels. It is an army made up of the kings of Draconia, who will try to stop Hazulem. However, after years of war, Princess Hazulka is the only survivor, although she remains kidnapped and in the custody of her captors.
HOLMGANG: Memories of the Forgotten has several characters, each with their own combat style and executions. It will be possible to improve and customize the protagonists through the combos editor, so that each one has the option to adapt the game to their needs. The enemies will have different patterns and weapons, but also different weak points.
The video game is scheduled for October 2021, currently only on PC. As usual, the campaign offers different rewards depending on the contribution of the patron.
