SNK will release the second roster entry of the second Season Pass in ‘Samurai Shodown’ in April, the fan favorite Character Sogetsu Kazama.
When Sogetsu was little, he was found under a bridge. It is not known if he is really related to Kazuki, but they became ninja of the Kazama clan. In Samurai Shodown, Sogetsu is instructed by his clan to defeat a powerful water demon called Suija. After a long search, he meets the demon and attacks him. With the help of his younger sister’s powers, Suija is sealed in his weapon.
Sogetsu is a stoic and reserved character who locks up his feelings so that he can serve the part of a ninja faithfully. He appreciates his family and loves his siblings and shows his care by sparing their lives and staying away. He watches over them quietly, taking care to steer other members of the clan away from their locations. Although he said to Hazuki that she was dead in his eyes, he never implied abandonment, knowing that he had to maintain a facade to ensure her survival.
Sogetsu Kazama will be playable in Samurai Shodown from April 1st.
