Animal Crossing: New Horizons removes bugs in its 1.2.2 update

Animal Crossing: New Horizons removes bugs in its 1.2.2 update

After correcting a serious bug that duplicated objects, the new update focuses on smaller bugs.

No video game gets rid of the bugs, the small (or big) errors that prevent the gaming experience from being fully purified. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is not without them either. While a serious bug was eliminated in update 1.2.1, which allowed players to clone objects, patch 1.2.2 focuses on fixing other types of bugs, many of them minor. Nintendo has already released the patch information, translated from Japanese by GO Nintendo:

  • The error of the villager's move has been fixed, so he will let us go back to Tom Nook to take care of things.
  • Fixed a bug in which the mission commissioned by Tom Nook to search for a parcel of land disappeared.
  • Fixes a bug that makes it impossible to move facilities and the player's house after deleting a user in the game
  • A bug has been removed that reduces both Nook Miles bells and tickets when you purchase an item during the Mystery Island Island Tour.

Hyrule in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

It is not that the Hyrule from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is present in the new Nintendo game, but a user has been in charge of recreating the map and settings of the classic starring Link. Not only has he reproduced the most iconic places, but he has also dressed his alter ego in the video game in Link's signature outfit, hood included. What it lacks is the sword, although it will be able to settle for a shovel, one of the objects that the hero of time has carried in some video games of the saga.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been available on Nintendo Switch since March 20, the date it was released in both physical and digital formats. Despite the coronavirus, Mario's company decided not to change the release date.
