Fallout 76: Wastelanders will 'evict' players from their camps

The new expansion needs to adapt the world to the new realities. In other words: you have to make room for new NPCs.

Appalachia is undergoing renovations. The territory of Fallout 76 is preparing for the arrival of a whole series of new characters, the expected NPCs. With Wastelanders, Bethesda will add unpublished narrative and protagonists, so the setting will be modified to give them space. This means, roughly speaking, that some players will be forced to move their camp to other locations. The explanation is clear: there can be no camps in the places where the NPCs will be positioned.

Through the official Twitter account, Bethesda has shared a map and asked affected players to rebuild their camps in other areas if they are at specific points where an NPC is going to make an appearance. With the return of the people to Appalachia, the new factions have moved to reclaim their territory. Wastelanders will not be the same Appalachia that it used to be. Observe your location of the camp with this map and see if you should relocate it ”, they say in the tweet.

Free on Steam for those who have the game in the launcher

If you have the video game in the official Bethesda launcher, you can get it at no additional cost with the Steam version. It should be noted, however, that the term ends imminently, on April 13, so you must do it throughout that day if you want to add the video game permanently to the library of the Valve platform.

Fallout 76 is a video game that has suffered all kinds of criticism since it was launched on the market. In addition to the low initial content and the premiere of the paid service, the community complained about the lack of narrative content. Wastelanders is the answer to those criticisms. It will be free for all those who have at stake and will offer factions, missions and new systems. After several delays, it will be released on April 14.
