P.T., the celebrated but ill-fated PS4 demo as a teaser for a failed Silent Hill by Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro with Norman Reedus as the protagonist, continues to give a lot to talk about. So much so, that the latest news about its conception and deconstruction by several users, comes a new recreation made by fans, this time, under the peculiar aesthetics of the HyperCard tool of the first Macintosh computers; And best of all, you can now play for free through its page on itch.io.

New Retro Vision of Silent Hills

Thus, user Ryan Trawick has taken advantage of the celebration of the recent Hyper Jam to create and share his own vision of P.T. in true Macintosh style, a representation of what the Konami Project Teaser would have been like if it had been developed in its time under the HyperCard tool, under the name of Hyper P.T.

In this case it is a series of rooms recreated in a very faithful way with the P.T. as a base, representing the famous corridor and its different elements, including the small sink, windows, lights, furniture, paintings and even the second floor of the hall that once caused us more than a scare when seeing the presence of Lisa there, looking at us, then disappear.

Let's remember that HyperCard was a tool typical of the first Macintosh of the late 80s that allowed creating presentations through hyperlinks, a way of working that gave many developers the possibility of creating numerous multimedia experiences, including video games through something similar. to what would soon be the first graphic adventures that we all know.

Konami recently denied rumors about a possible return of Silent Hill, although it does not close the door to future new releases.
