This is what the new game from Supermassive Games, creators of Until Dawn and the anthology of Dark Pictures looks like
Even before Man of Medan went on sale, the name of the second chapter of the so-called "Dark Pictures anthology" was already known, the individual but interconnected stories with which Supermassive Games (Hidden Intentions, Until Dawn, Man of Medan) wants to create his own terrifying universe where he can give free rein to his instincts to create stories with hooks and full of limit decisions. After the initial teaser, in which the name of Little Hope was pointed out, the time has come to get to know this adventure more thoroughly thanks to its first full trailer.
The story centers on the abandoned town of Little Hope, where four students and their teacher find themselves beset by mysterious creatures and caught in impenetrable fog. Following the usual pattern in Supermassive games, we will have to make all kinds of decisions about the scenes that unfold, which will determine the course of the story and the destiny of the characters in each game.
Group terror
Part of the charm that the studio has managed to print to its cinematic games is its multiplayer aspect, trying to emulate the sensations of a horror movie night with friends, but with the interactive element in mind. It will be possible to share the experience with one player online, or with up to five in local "cooperative", which will allow you to enjoy the game in completely different ways from how you live in multiplayer.
There will be more information on this title soon, but until then we can get details of this trailer or learn more about The Dark Pictures and its first installment, Man of Medan, in our review.
