Granblue Fantasy Versus updates the next steps to follow. In a new trailer, the game has introduced Zooey, one of the most desired characters for fans who comes as the culmination of the first season pass. The character will be released on April 28 on both PC and PS4. He arrives with his dragon Lyrn and his sword to make his particular purge. In addition, it does so with two missions of its own for RPG mode and with its own avatar for lobbies, including a special outfit. Other lobby avatars are also added to add in-game.
Beyond this, another interesting novelty of the game is that it will have new chapters as a free update. They will be part of the main story, between episodes 41 and 45, for this summer. Looking to the beginning of 2021, more main chapters will be added: from 46 to 50. Although it has not been detailed what elements will bring new ones regarding the plot that we have already known in the original game.
New season pass on the way
Finally, note that there will be a new season pass on the way with six new DLC characters and that will start in late 2020 with Belial, one of the mysterious characters that can be known during the story but that is not available at the moment. In addition to him there will be five new fighters.
The first pass has been closed with the arrival of Zooey, which was previously joined by Beelzbub, Zeta, Soriz, Djeeta and Narmaya, all of them already available pending the closure of the squad on April 28.
