Season 23 of Pokémon will arrive throughout this year 2020 in Spain, although it has not been detailed which channel or platform the series will broadcast.
The Pokémon Company has unveiled the first teaser for the Pokémon Travel series, Season 23 of the popular anime based on the pocket creatures franchise, which will eventually hit both the United States and Europe, Spain included. It will be throughout 2020 when we can start to see the first episodes of this kind of reboot of the series, which is not framed in a specific region – as it had been usual in the previous 22 seasons – but will be a journey through everything the Pokémon world.

At the moment we do not know which channel or online platform VOD will be in charge of broadcasting Season 23 of Pokémon; unlike in countries like the United States, where it will be NETFLIX. The last three seasons (20, 21 and 22) can currently be seen in Spain through NETFLIX and Pokémon TV. We will soon know these details as well as the western release date.

Although some twenty episodes have already been broadcast in Japan, the Pokémon anime is suspended until further notice after the state of emergency in Japan due to the coronavirus has been decreed. The broadcasts will resume when TV Tokyo and the OLM Incorporated studio resume their activity.
