The first teasers for Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 2 have been leaked. We show you these promotional images in all their glory.
On April 29, 2020 patch 12.50, pertaining to Season 2 of his Battle Pass, arrived at Fortnite Chapter 2. Among the new files added to the game through this content update were several promotional images or teasers from Season 3. We tell you everything we know about it below:

This leak comes from the FortTory dataminer. Using applications such as Blender, this Twitter user is dedicated to filtering information by extracting it directly from Fortnite files. According to him – whom we consider a reliable source -, among the files added to Fortnite Battle Royale with patch 12.50 are the following images:

In principle, these images do not attract any interest, although they have a peculiarity: their names in the internal file system of the game refer to the fact that they are teasers for Season 13 of Fortnite Battle Royale. Or, what is the same: Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 2.
Knowing this information, let's take a closer look at the images. They all share summer themes; Not surprisingly, Epic Games announced that Season 2 would run until June 4, with summer just around the corner. This places Season 3 within the summer period, which begins on June 21.
The first image shows a house with a float. This suggests that there will be some end of Season 2 event that will flood much of the map.

With the Travis Scott event it was already leaked that a diving mechanic was implemented in Fortnite Battle Royale, so this possibility does not seem so farfetched to us.

Another of the images shows Miaúsculos with sleeves, swimsuit, and in the water. From this we can deduce that Season 3 would not bring as much original content as would be expected, but would transfer the theme of the spies from Season 2 to the summer, creating a curious mix.

Finally, the third image shows Banana swimming while a shark lurks from the depths, in a tribute to the poster for the 1975 movie Shark, directed by Steven Spielberg. Will sharks appear in the water that will attack players during Season 3? Time will tell.

Epic Games has not spoken about it on its usual channels. For now, and as we have said above, Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 2 will begin, except for unforeseen last minute events, on June 4, 2020.
