Assassin's Creed Valhalla will allow us to design and share our own Vikings

The new game in the saga will have some online functions, such as designing and customizing mercenaries and then sending them to our friends.

Although the new Assassin's Creed Valhalla will follow the line of the latest installments and will not have multiplayer, it will offer a curious new online feature. We can design and customize our own mercenaries and share them with the rest of the world, who can download them to fight alongside them in their respective games. Also, if a friend drops (or "hires") one of the Vikings we have created, we will receive part of the loot and the rewards they receive. As you can read on the official page of the game, they will have the option of unloading several of these mercenaries so that they are part of their army's hosts and fight side by side with them in "massive" assaults.

First gameplay on May 7

It is the first online component that has received the saga for more than five years. Specifically, since Assassin's Creed Unity (2014) and its cooperative mode. We will see if it is one of the characteristics that come to light in the first gameplay of the game, scheduled for next May 7. That day Microsoft will hold an Inside Xbox in which it will show how the first Xbox Series X look, among which the presence of Assassin's Creed Valhalla is already confirmed. In fact, the title seems to be understood wonderfully with the new platform, since it has also confirmed that it will make use of the Smart Delivery function. In other words, if we buy the game on Xbox One and then jump into the new generation, we will receive a free copy of Assassin's Creed Valhalla for Series X without having to go through the box again.

If you want to know more about Ubisoft's assault on Norse mythology, we have compiled here everything we know about the game, which although it has no release date yet (just a guideline, "Christmas 2020), it has indeed announced an edition collector's 199 euros in which will come the season pass, the soundtrack and a figure of thirty centimeters of its protagonist, among many other things.
