Assassin's Creed Valhalla has shown its first trailer gameplay on Microsoft's Inside Xbox for Xbox Series X. The new episode of the popular Ubisoft saga will be available accompanying the launch of the console and with guaranteed features such as Smart Delivery, so it is always We will play the best version regardless of the Xbox console we have: we only pay once.

If we buy the game on Xbox One and then buy an Xbox Series X, we will have the new generation version guaranteed. 4K resolution, Smart Delivery, reduced loading times….

This version of the game will feature hardware-accelerated DirectX raytracing, faster load times, and more, such as 4K resolution on supported TVs.

Something that we have also known this week is that more is not always better. Ubisoft Montreal has ensured that the title will be neither the largest nor the one with the longest map: they have noted previous installments – Assassin's Creed Origins and Oddysey – to take more advantage of every aspect of the title and prioritize quality over everything; above the quantity. For those who have doubts about which character to choose, it is already confirmed that both the male and female protagonists will be canon.

Another aspect that will interest lovers of interpersonal relationships between characters is that romances between characters of the same sex will be allowed, just like in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, so we can choose a heterosexual, homosexual or asexual protagonist.

We also know the identity of the actors who will be in charge of interpreting the two versions of Eivor, the protagonist: Magnus Bruun, recently seen as Cnut in Netflix's The Last Kingdom; and Cecilie Stenspil, known as Badehotellet. In the development of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla there are a total of fifteen studies; one of them, Ubisoft Barcelona.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will go on sale in physical and digital form on PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia later this year. The Microsoft console will have it in its launch catalog.
