League of Legends (LOL): 10.10 patch notes; changes and news

Riot Games points to the cheats and ensures that they will continue to analyze the situation to debug the behavioral system.

Along with the Legends of Runeterra, TeamFight Tactics, and Valorant patches, Riot Games has updated League of Legends. Patch 10.10 marks URF's return and balances some of the champions. As they commented a few days ago, the developer works on "short and long-term" plans to solve the behaviors that spoil the games for legal players. Therefore, they will adjust their reporting and penalty system so that there will be more instant comment reports starting with version 10.10.

League of Legends patch 10.10

Champions

Annie

Increased damage reduction of the improved Tibbers Burn Aura.

We're going to juggle and improve Tibbers to encourage Annie to get him out to play more often. We also increased the damage reduction of Molten Shield, which was left in a rather weak state after its mini update in version 9.18.

E – Cast Shield

  • DAMAGE REDUCTION 10/13/16/19/22% ⇒ 13/17/21/25/29%.

R – Summon: Tibbers

  • TIBBERS BURN AURA DAMAGE 10/15/20 (+0.1 ability power) ⇒ 20/30/40 (+0.12 ability power)

Diana

Basic attack damage and life reduced.

Diana is a plague at the medium and high game level. Although his ability to play aggressively in the fairway phase is intentional, he is not paying the price due to putting himself at risk.

Irelia

E base damage increased.

Irelia, who has remained weak for the general public due to the professional scene, has finally hit rock bottom. We opted to give it a boost to get it out of the rut.

Katarina

The PH ratio of the passive daggers is reduced in the last levels.

On the other hand, we have often seen that the balance of the other girl with the blades goes too far, so we are going to cut her PH relationships. Katarina will need to be sharper and have adequate PH to take down her enemies.

Passive – Craving

  • DAMAGE DAMAGE RATIO 0.55 / 0.70 / 0.85 / 1 ability power ⇒ 0.55 / 0.66 / 0.77 / 0.88 ability power

Kayn

Rhaast's passive healing reduced.

Although the assassin form seems to be at the right point, Rhaast has benefited too much, so we're going to weaken the usefulness of that champion's face.

Passive – The Scythe of the Dark

  • HEALING RHAAST 34.5-43% of damage dealt (levels 1-18) ⇒ 30-40% of damage dealt (levels 1-18).

Kled

Q cooldown increased.

Increasing your cooldowns means this reckless yordle and his less brave lizard will have to think twice about trying to hook the opponent in the early levels.

Q – Bear Trap

  • COOLDOWN 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7s ⇒ 11/10/9/8/7 s

Miss fortune

W's maximum additional movement speed decreased.

We're going to slow down the agility of this pirate's steps a bit.

W – Flaunt

  • MAXIMUM ADDITIONAL MOVEMENT SPEED 60/70/80/90/100 ⇒ 50/60/70/80/90.

Maokai

Base mana reduced. Q cost increased.

Maokai is back in top form on the upper lane, but not dramatically. We apply a slight weakening to cut the root problem.

Q – Oppressive Bramble

  • COST 50 mana ⇒ 60 mana

Nidalee

Q damage ratio increased.

We have set out to have our hunter on the prowl again, so we're going to lend a hand to Nidalee and improve her signature ability as she progresses towards the end of the game.

Q – Javelin

  • DAMAGE RATIO 0.4 ability power (1.2 maximum ability power) ⇒ 0.5 ability power (1.5 maximum ability power).

Sivir

E mana boost increased.

We empowered Sivir's mana buff to encourage players to try to master the art of using their shield and repelling enemies.

E – Spell Shield

  • MANA RETURN 80/95/110/125/140 ⇒ 110/120/130/140/150.

Soraka

Q base damage increased. W cost of life reduction increased.

The enemies of the Daughter of the Stars have to see the stars.

Q – Star Summon

  • BASE DAMAGE 75/110/145/180/215 ⇒ 85/120/155/190/225.

W – Astral injection

  • COST OF LIVING REDUCED 60/70/80/90/100% ⇒ 80/85/90/95/100%.

Taric

Basic life growth slows. W bonus armor ratio reduced in later levels.

We're going to make Taric's survivability more dependent on skill usage and lower his fixed defense stats, both his own and his linked ally.

  • LIFE GROWTH 90 ⇒ 85

W – Bastion

  • ADDITIONAL ARMOR 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20% of Taric's armor ⇒ 10/11/12/13/14% of Taric's armor

Twisted Fate

Basic attack damage and armor increased. R.'s mana cost has been reduced.

TF has had to play a bad hand and he has lost so much shuffling. We are going to trick your deck by cutting the cost of your final a little so that it is again in line with that of your colleagues. We also increased its base stats to make it more solvent by killing minions and improve its presence at the start of the game.

Udyr

Movement speed increased. Basic life, mana, and mana regeneration are rounded.

The spiritual walker follows a lonely path, as he does not perform well in general. To be one of the fastest champions historically, he has lagged far behind. We're going to increase his base movement speed so he can catch his prey and round up a few more stats.

URF balance changes

URF returns in version 10.10 on May 14! Last year's URF experiment went very well, as you were able to enjoy the game mode in a healthier way, and later with the Summoner's Rift as well.

Bug fixes and quality changes

  • Galio's Durand W – Shield Passive now has new sound and visual effects.
  • Penalty time is now accurately recorded by avoiding queues (lockout timer should reset properly after 23 hours).
  • Zed's W – Living Shadow and R – Mark of Death shadows no longer hover on top of each other when cast on a target quickly.
  • Sett now properly completes his R jump – The big show against clones of champions when they're about to expire.
  • Soraka is no longer able to permanently silence an enemy champion with his E-Equinox until he dies and reappears.
  • Lissandra now properly creates a frozen Master Yi slave when Master Yi dies during Q – Blazing Strike.
  • Kalista can no longer perform basic attacks while channeling Teleport by repetitively entering attack commands.
  • Fiddlesticks can no longer walk while channeling his W – Plentiful Harvest if his target becomes unreachable.
  • Elise is now able to properly launch her E-Rappel against targets such as Guardians, Blast Pineapples, Fortune Teller Flowers, etc.
  • Casting the W – Rogue Wukong Warrior while the target champion is charging an empowered basic attack no longer causes the character to lose control.
  • Shaco's R – Hallucination clone now adequately deals 60% of Shaco's damage from items with impact effects.
