Now available: this is how Goku looks with the classic manga costumes in Dragon Ball FighterZ

We show you what Goku SSJ, Goku Base and Goku SSB look like with the new skins and what the dramatic finishes look like against Vegeta, Kid Buu and Kefla.

It's here. Dragon Ball FighterZ receives this May 19 a small update that on the one hand prepares the game for the arrival of Goku UI, but on the other hand it also allows us to enjoy three new classic suits inspired by the manga. This is an announcement that was made for Goku Day but has finally arrived today. In this way, Goku Base, Goku Super Saiyan and Goku Super Saiyan Blue get a number 59 suit that gives them a touch of manga with shading and colors different from those of the game.

We have been able to capture gameplay to show you what the characters look like in three different and spectacular moments: in their introduction before the fighting, in the heat of the battle with some special attacks and in the Dramatic Finish they star. Goku Base with the clash of attacks against Vegeta in the arc of the saiyans on earth, Goku Super Saiyan with the end of Kid Buu and the Genkidama and finally and the most recent, which is already available, Goku Super Saiyan Blue in his Dramatic Finish transforming with the signal of the Migatte no Gokui to defeat Kefla in the Tournament of Power.

Free costumes and arrival of Goku UI

Dragon Ball FighterZ adds these three costumes at no additional cost, so we simply need to upgrade the console in order to access them. Once we select the characters and their type of assist, when we have to choose the color, we go to the last one with the number 59 and there they will be. By the way, did you know that Toriyama originally wanted Goku's fighting suit to be yellow rather than red? hence that classic color. Remember that Goku UI arrives tomorrow May 20 for those who have the season pass purchased. Those who want to buy it separately must wait until it comes out independently on the 22nd. It does so on all platforms where the game is: PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
